My fee is $100 per hour. Please feel free to contact me either by email or phone for an appointment or questions you might have about therapy.
My office is in central Bellevue close to I-405 and 520; it has easy disability and bus access.
Cancellation: 24 hr cancellation is necessary except in case of emergency to avoid a charge. Missed sessions are not covered by insurance and will therefore be charged directly to you.
I am an in-network provider with Premera/Blue Cross and an approved provider
(out-of-network) with Aetna. I bill all insurance companies directly, unless you have a preference. Copays and coinsurance are expected at the beginning of each session by check or cash.
Reimbursement from insurance companies is not guaranteed.
