Session Fees:
$100 per 60-minute session. Additional time is billed at $25 per 15 minutes. If you would like a brief consultation before committing to therapy, I am happy to meet with you or talk on the phone for 15 minutes without charge. Please feel free to contact me either by email or phone for an appointment or questions you might have about therapy.

Cancellation Policy:
24 hr cancellation is necessary except in case of emergency. Missed sessions are not covered by insurance and will therefore be charged directly to you.
Insurance:
I am an in-network provider with Premera/Blue Cross/Shield (this includes First Choice and Lifewise) and an approved provider (out-of-network) with Aetna. Some Regence plans are covered as in-network and others as out-of-network. I would be happy to help ascertain how insurance will pay for my services. I bill all insurance companies directly, unless you have a preference. Copays and/or coinsurance are expected at the beginning of each session by check or cash.
